Refund / Exchange Policy:

Our products of of superior quality, in which we have full confidence.

We would like you to be happy with your purchases, however, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once it has been opened. We aim to deliver products of the highest quality. Should there be a quality issue with any product, we will be most happy to resolve that.

  • Incorrect orders should be reported to info@earthssacredbasket.co.za within 3 days of receipt of order
  • Should you wish to exchange any product/s, said product/s may be returned to us at your own cost within three (3) days of receipt of goods
  • Product/s must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Cost of courier or postage will be for your own account
  • No cash or electronic refunds will be given
  • Should we be unable to provide the desired product/s, or in case of a price difference, a shopping voucher will be issued T’s and C’s apply.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions:

The bearer of Earth's Sacred Basket Gift Voucher (hereinafter referred to as “Gift Voucher”) may redeem the Gift Voucher only at www.earthssacredbasket.co.za online store

The Gift Voucher is valid for a period of 2 months from date of issue or upon full redemption thereof, whichever occurs first.

The Gift Voucher may not be exchanged for cash. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed in conjunction with another payment when making online purchase of a higher value than the amount available on the Gift Voucher.

Gift Voucher's can be used in full or in part payment of goods which you buy from Earth's Sacred Basket online store. www.earthssacredbasket.co.za

If your Gift Voucher Card is lost or stolen, please contact us at info@earthssacredbasket.co.za. An option to resend the Gift Voucher is available if the Gift Voucher has not been redeemed or expired.

Earths's Sacred Basket is not liable for any lost or stolen Gift Voucher once purchased.
When you use your Gift Voucher the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the Gift Voucher.

All refunds of goods purchased with a Gift Voucher will be made in accordance with our refund policy. Any authorised refunded amount will be credited to Gift Voucher and will not be given to you in cash.

Any purchase of a Gift Voucher will be subject to our terms and conditions at the time of purchasing.

General: In accordance with our confidentiality policies and practices, none of the details of any customer will be disclosed or used by us for any purposes other than in accordance with clause below.
Our customers acknowledge and accept that we may utilise a third party to contact them, to arrange delivery of items purchased from Earth's Sacred Basket. In order to affect the contacting and delivery process, we may provide the participant’s information to such third party.

If part or all of any clause of these Terms and Conditions is illegal, invalid or unenforceable: It will be read down to the extent necessary to ensure that it is not illegal, invalid or unenforceable, but if that is not possible; and
It will be severed from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will continue to have full force and effect.

 

Shipping Policy

Courier delivery takes 2 to 5 working days depending on the order's destination.

Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays. If you live in a main city centre, your order will take between 2-5 days. If you live in a remote area it could take up to 7 days.

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?

It is possible that you will order a product that we are out of stock of. If this happens we will contact you to notify you and to give you options e.g. swop for another similar product etc.

Rest assured that we will always do our best to get the products you desire to you as soon as possible and that you will always be in the loop with how your order is progressing.

Where do we deliver to?

South Africa, We deliver to any address in South Africa.

What happens if there is no one home when a courier delivery is attempted?

Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, so you should always provide a delivery address where there will be an appropriate person to sign for the delivery during these times. If there is no one around to accept the delivery, the courier company will contact the recipient via telephone so that a new delivery day can be arranged.

Do I have to receive a courier delivery personally?

Anyone at the delivery address can accept the delivery. In order for us to prove that delivery of an order has been completed, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

Can I track my order?

We will email you your parcel's tracking information the first working day after we send it e.g. if the parcel's leaves our premises on Tuesday you will receive your tracking information via email on Wednesday morning. You can then track your parcel on the couriers website.

Do you deliver overseas?

We are now offering Oversea's Courier. You are also welcome to contact us and arrange for your own courier to collect your order for international delivery.

Can I place an order for delivery in South Africa if I am not in South Africa?

You can place an order for delivery in South Africa no matter where you are in the world. Our website is handy if you live abroad and want to send a luxurious gift to relatives or friends who live in South Africa.
